HOT MELT APPLICATION

With the 3CON hot melt spray system, it is possible to implement all spraying types such as atomisation spraying, web-spraying and bead application. For both the atomisation and web spray applications, the bead application can also be integrated into the same application head. The head can be stationary or robot-guided. The complete process can optionally be integrated into stand-alone robotic spraying systems, the 3CON Spraying Cells, or also into the 3CON laminating systems. The further advanced development in cleaning technology of the spraying system and the automated inspection of the spraying processes guarantee a virtually faultless and maintenance-free operation.
